Beef Stroganoff

Beef Stroganoff

1 lb. beef strips
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/4 c. sour cream
8 oz. egg noodles

Brown beef; add onions. Stir in flour, salt, paprika and pepper. Add soup; simmer 15 minutes.
Add sour cream and stir until warmed. Do not boil.

Serve over noodles.
