Sprinkle bread cubes on greased baking sheet and bake in preheated 350 F (180 C) oven for 10 minutes. Remove and allow to cool.DRESSING: Stir together lemon juice, olive oil, anchovy paste, garlic and pepper. Tear romaine lettuce into small pieces, mix with parmesan cheese and baked bread cubes together in a salad bowl. Drizzle with dressing and toss well. Serves 4 |
