Enchilada Sauce

Enchilada Sauce

1 Tbsp. olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. parsley
1/4 c. salsa
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)
1 1/2 c. water

Heat oil. Saute garlic. Add everything else. Mix well; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
