Pepper Steak

Pepper Steak

2 lb. blade steak or round steak, cut in strips.
2 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. flour
minced garlic, to taste
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 large onion, sliced
1 large green pepper, cut in strips

Brown meat. Saute onion, green pepper and garlic.  Combine flour, water, ketchup, soy sauce and pepper. Heat to boiling. Put the meat back in the pan and heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve over rice.
