Snickerdoodles





Snickerdoodles

1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tarter
1 tsp. baking soda
cinnamon & sugar blend

Preheat oven to 400. Grease cookie sheets.

Combine flour, cream of tarter and baking soda; set aside.  Cream butter, sugar and eggs; add flour mixture.

Form into 1 inch balls and roll in cinnamon & sugar blend. 

Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
