Enchilada Sauce
Enchilada Sauce1 Tbsp. olive oil3 cloves garlic, minced1 tsp. minced onion1/2 tsp. oregano2 1/2 tsp. chili powder1/2 tsp. basil1/8 tsp. pepper1/8 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. cumin1 tsp. parsley1/4 c. salsa1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)1 1/2 c. waterHeat oil. Saute garlic. Add everything else. Mix well; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
