Peanut Butter Cookies
Peanut Butter Cookies
1 c. butter
1 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Cream together butter, peanut butter and sugars. Beat in eggs.
Add remaining ingredients. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Roll into 1 inch balls. Flatten with a fork. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes
