Potato and Ham Chowder
2 lbs. potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 lb. ham, diced
3/4 c. onion, diced
2 c. heavy cream
2 c. water
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. smoked gouda, shredded
2 tsp. pepper
8 oz. Velveeta
1/4 c. butter
Combine all ingredients EXCEPT cheeses in crock pot. Cook on LOW for 6 hours.
Add cheeses during the last 45 minutes.
