Candied Carrots

Candied Carrots

1 lb. baby carrots
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
dash of cinnamon

Cook the carrots until just barely done. Drain.
Melt the butter with the brown sugar and add cinnamon. 
Add the carrots and mix well.
Cook on low for 3 to 5 minutes.
