Veggie Spread

Veggie Spread
250 mlsour cream1 cup
125 gcream cheese, softened4 oz
125 mlbroccoli, finely chopped1/2 cup
50 mlred pepper, finely chopped1/4 cup
30 mlgreen onion, finely chopped2 tbsp
1clove garlic, minced1
-dash hot pepper sauce-
In a small bowl; beat sour cream and cream cheese with electric mixer on low speed until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Transfer to serving bowl. Serve with assorted crackers, chips or vegetables.Serves 8
