Veggie Wedges

Veggie Wedges
1package pillsbury crescent rolls1
125 mlcream cheese4 oz
50 mlmiracle whip1/4 cup
1/2envelope dressing mix (ranch or caesar)1/2
125 mleach of carrots, mushrooms, broccoli, green onions, cauliflower, green & red peppers1/2 cup
125 mlcheddar cheese, grated1/2 cup
Roll out crescent rolls on a small cookie sheet. Bake as on package directions and cool.In a small bowl; mix cream cheese, miracle whip and dressing mix.
In a medium bowl; mix all vegetables (carrots should be grated and the others sliced into small pieces). Spread cream cheese mixture on crescent roll crust; sprinkle the veggies on top; patting down gently and cover with cheese. Slice into wedges and enjoy.
This recipe can be made the day before and refrigerated and can be made with any vegetables you wish.
Serves 6
